Credits & Billing

Credits are the in-platform currency for all AI generation. You spend credits when generating videos, images, or running video analysis. Most other features are completely free.

What is free

• The entire Strategy Hub — ideas, scripts, brainstorming
• The AI Video Editor and rendering
• Publishing and post scheduling
• Stock searches (1 credit each)
• AI Analytics when it launches

Topping up credits

There are three ways to add credits to your account:

• One-time top-up — Click the plus icon next to your credit balance in the sidebar. Purchase anywhere from 600 to 60,000 credits as a single charge.
• Credit add-on subscription — Go to Settings and add a recurring credit plan ranging from 1,800 to 500,000 credits per month. You get a 10% discount on credits when you have an active subscription, letting you customize your plan to match actual usage without upgrading your entire tier.
• Coupon codes — If you receive a credit coupon from the support team (for bug reports, collaborations, or partnerships), go to the Credits tab and paste in the six-letter code.

Credit history

Track all your spending and refunds in the Credits tab. Every generation and its credit cost is logged here with a timestamp.

Automatic refunds

If any part of an AI generation fails, the system automatically detects the failure and instantly refunds your credits. You get your credits back before you even notice something went wrong — no need to contact support for standard generation failures.
