Generating captions
Click on a video clip on the timeline, go to the Audio panel, and click Caption Video. Within seconds, the AI generates timestamped, synced subtitles in a karaoke style — each word highlights as it is spoken.
Caption styles
Three caption animation styles are available:
- Scaling Words — The current word increases in size as it is spoken. High-energy feel, common in viral content.
- Classic Highlight — The active word is highlighted with a different color. Clean and readable on any background.
- Animated Background — A flowing animation moves from word to word. More stylized, works well for lifestyle content.
Editing captions
After generating captions, you can review and edit the transcript directly. Fix any mispronunciations or product names the AI did not get right.
Customize the font, size, color, and styling of your captions using the typography controls in the captions panel.
